Chopper Gun Spares:

We have 4 chopper guns for sale for $200 ea. These are chopper guns we had built that did not pass our inspection - the welds aren't good quality or smooth, etc. These wands were never tested - they may work fine, or not...we don't know...as soon as they failed to meet our standards we set them aside. There is no warranty whatsoever on these chopper guns and they are not represented as Kold King chopper guns, although the style and dimensions are the same. These chopper guns do not have chopper motors.

We had our annual end-of-the-year-rig sold but the buyer backed out recently. This rig will be sold dutch auction style - that is, today's price is $19,900 and will be reduced by $100 every day until it's sold. This is a new rig, in a new steel cargo trailer, pump, hoses, air compressor, chopper gun, overflow tote/tank, everything! It also comes with complete training and our Fast Start Marketing Package.

Basic Kold King Rig: $9,900

Our all new Basic Kold King rig is anything but basic! It has the same pumping capacity as our big rigs, but is built on a smaller 5' x 8' utility trailer. This compact rig is designed to pump directly from 275 gallon emulsion totes which can be supplied by any roofing supplier

This rig is designed to install the asphalt emulsion/polyester fabric roof systems. If you want the capability to installed chopped fiberglass also, the chopped fiberglass unit includes the chopping gun, compressor, and 175' hose for an additional $5000.

 Used Kold King Rig available (not an actual picture, but this is the model). Price: $21,600 This complete rig is located in Michigan and will come with complete Kold King training and the marketing package. In addition to the standard Kold King rig equipment, it comes with:

• 200' extra hose
• 43 boxes of fiberglass roving (approx $2200 value)

Bulk Kold King Rig

This is our most popular rig. This rig comes standard in a heavy duty all steel 6'8" x12' v-nose trailer with (2) 7,000 axles with electric breaks on both axles, side door and double rear doors. Price: $34,900	700 gallaon bulk emulsion tank with gear reduction paddle mixer to keep emulsion fresh and to keep the sides of the tank clean.	High volume diaphragm pump with electric start engine. This pump system is much smoother and more dependable than pistn type pumps, with much fewer moving parts to clog. This pump has 22 gpm capacity but is geared down to 15 gpm -- this extra capacity eliminates the pause at each stroke common with piston pumps, which makes it difficult to get a smooth spray pattern with piston pumps.
All rig models come standard with 175' of 100R1 wire braided hose. More hose can be added if your job requires more.	All rig models come standard with our Chop King fiberglass chopping gun system.
